Contributing to PNHP-NY Metro Chapter

We welcome your tax-deductible contribution to the New York Metro Chapter of Physicians for a National Health Program. Our Chapter's work is made possible by contributions from our members and supporters.

To contribute by mail, please send a check payable to PNHP-NY Metro Chapter or your credit card number with expiration date and amount to: PNHP-NY Metro Chapter, 220 Fifth Avenue, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10001.

Donors of $250 or more (Sponsors), those who give $500 or more (Sustainers) and Donors of $1000 or more (Benefactors) will have a choice of gifts. [Benefactors will have a choice of two gifts].

When we receive notification of your contribution, we will ask you which gift (from a number of choices) you would like to receive; we will also ask all donors of $100 or more if they would like to be listed on our Chapter's stationery and website.
